The Exams were held for recruiting staff at the post of PSI. The exams were successfully conducted in the last month. Recruitment was announced by the Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) in the beginning of this year. As usual thousands of candidates have rushed for applying for such recruitment announced by the MPSC. The reason behind it is the status of PSI is considered high in the society and Indian people love government jobs as they are best to set the stable career. Now the MPSC is all set to provide the results for the exam conducted for selecting candidates for the post of PSI.

We are all very well aware about the functions of a Public Service Commission. In India there is a Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) working for whole country and various state Public Service commissions for each state working for the respective state.  Services like medical facilities, police services, maintaining forest department etc are carried out by the Public Service Commission. We find the job of Maharashtra Public Service Commission as one of the toughest job as the state consists of the financial capital of India i.e. Mumbai. It has a large amount of population and it’s very hard to provide services to such a huge number of people.

For providing excellent service to the people of the state, the MPSC is going to recruit the candidates at the post of PSI. Exams are successfully conducted by the MPSC on 18^th May, 2014. Now the results will be soon available on the official site of MPSC. Probably the results will be declared in this month or by the next month along with the merit list and the details regarding cut off marks.

·         First of all visit the official site of MPSC i.e. www.mpsc.gov.in

·         A button will be given for “competitive Exams” separately on the page

·         You will have to find the “Result” link given below the “Competitive Exam” head

·         Click on the “Result” link

·         A list of exams will be given, from that select the MPSC PSI 2014 exams

·         A webpage will be opened displaying your result, merit list and cut off marks

·         The result can be downloaded and saved in the PDF format
