Educational Qualification: For JNU recruitment education qualification for the different posts should be as follows:

For Assistant Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical) education qualification should be Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering with eight years’ experience or a recognized AICTE Degree with five years’ experience as a Junior Engineer in a University/ Government Institution/ Public Sector Undertaking.

For Junior Engineer (Electrical) education qualification should be Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized Institution/ State Technical Board with five years post qualification experience.
