Educational Qualification: For NPL recruitment education qualification for the different posts should be as follows:

                   For Project Assistant education qualification should be MSc. (Physics) or B.Tech (Electronics & Communication or Electrical Engg).

                   For Project Fellow education qualification should be B.Tech (Mechanical & Automation Engg/ Electrical & Electronics Engg/ relevant field).

                   For Senior Project Fellow education qualification should be M.Tech (Material Engg, material science, Nano science).

                   For Research Associate education qualification should be Ph.D. (Physics/ Materials/ Electronics/ Nano science/ Nanotechnology).

                   For Senior Research Fellow education qualification should be M.Sc. (Physics/ Geophysics/ Atmospheric Science).

Age Limit: NPL recruitment, age of the candidates should be between 25 years to 35 years as on 9.10.2014. There would be different age limits for the different posts.
